Leaving a lasting legacy through your Leadership OS is one of the most valuable ways to ensure the continued success of your organization. Leadership tenures are often fleeting, and they demand the continuous implementation of thoughtful and measured leadership decisions with deliberate focus on employee welfare. It is important to remember that leadership is about cause and effect; in essence, leadership is the culture a leader leaves behind.

For this small group discussion, consider the leadership legacy you would like to create. Share your responses to the following questions with your peers and engage with their posts:

How would you describe the kind of leadership legacy you want to leave behind?
How should people act differently based on your leadership?
What are a few key elements or actions that will help you leave this legacy and ensure that it lasts?

Reflect on what you have learned about installing trust, clarity, and momentum in your Leadership OS and consider how you could put your learnings into practice through a set of intentional actions and plans. You may find it useful to refer to your previous assignments and your answer to Question 1. Once you have spent some time consolidating your reflections, populate the following tables.
Table 1 relates to actions needed in your organization for the successful implementation of trust, clarity, and momentum in a Leadership OS. Table 2 relates to actions that you need to take as a leader to cultivate trust, clarity, and momentum. In each table, describe two short- to medium-term actions and two long-term actions in terms of trust, clarity, and momentum.
